During our years of practice we have found that contract finalisation is either a very arduous process or they are just never signed off. This is a big red herring for procurement.
We take the pain out of getting to a final draft that both parties will be happy to sign.
This is extremely important for good Governance and to avoid potential disputes down the line.
Many contracts are never seen by the people that need to enforce them on an operational level.
Some of our clients were charged additional fees never agreed too.
We interrogate the commercial clauses as to their usability and adherence be it existing or new contracts.
Our input is limited to all commercial aspects. We assist procurement and legal to minimise risk for both parties.
